以下是聯強國際集團及其附屬公司(「我們」)作為根據第486章香港特別行政區法例《個人資料(私隱)條例》(以下統稱「條例」)之規定方面，會完全符合個人資料保障水平。</p>

雖然此政策特別列出有關我們於香港特別行政區(「香港」)法例下應負的責任，我們相信條例中保護個人資料的原則與世界各地有關法例是相同的。因此，在可行的情況下，我們在中國內地和澳門特別行政區會執行這些原則及在此處列明的程序。</p>

當公司的運作受制於香港以外的私隱法例時，此政策將在可行並與該法例相符的情況下實施。</p>

<h2>Privacy Policy Statement</h2></p>

Synnex Technology International Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies (“We”) shall fully comply with its obligations under the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter called “Ordinance”). </p>
<p>
This policy specifically addresses our obligations in respect of the data privacy laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), which is one of the most developed data protection regimes worldwide. We believe the principles embedded in the Ordinance offer no less protection in personal data privacy than those in other jurisdictions. As such, we undertake to apply, where practicable, those principles and the processes set out herein to its operations in Mainland China and Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.</p>
<p>
Where the Company's operations are subject to other privacy legislations of territories other than that of Hong Kong, then this policy shall be applied so far as practicable and consistent with such local legislation.</p>

<h3>Information Collection</h3></p>

We will only collect information that is necessary for us to support our business activities. Information provided to us through web site activities for the purposes below: </p>

If there is any conflict between the Chinese and English versions of this Statement, the English version prevails.</p>
