<h4>第一部份</h4>
下文為聯強國際（香港）有限公司（以下簡稱「聯強」）EIZO產品的保養條款。<br><br>

<ol>
<li>產品需要維修服務時，必須出示列明產品型號的正式收據。如未能提供有效的文件，聯強保留拒絕提供服務之權利。<br><br></li>
<li>客戶登記的產品必須由聯強或其中華人民共和國香港特別行政區（香港）及澳門特別行政區（澳門）授權經銷商所供應之全新原裝行貨。
保養服務範圍只限香港及澳門境內使用的產品，否則客戶需付予附加檢查和相關費用。<br><br></li>
<li>雖然本保養條款有其他規定，但如發生下述任何情況，聯強則不必履行本保養條款規定的義務：
<ol type="a" style="margin-top: 20px;">
<li>產品由於運輸損毀、改裝、改動、濫用、誤用、意外、不正確的安裝、災害、維護不善和/或由聯強以外的第三方維修不當所造成之故障；</li>
<li>由可能出現的技術革新和/或技術管理造成的任何產品不兼容性；</li>
<li>任何由於消耗性零件如液晶面板和/或背光燈等退化所造成顯示效能退化等等（例如：亮度變化、亮度的均勻性變化、色彩變化、色彩的均勻性變化，像素缺陷包括壞點等等）；</li>
<li>任何由外部設備對本產品所造成的故障；</li>
<li>任何其原始序列號被塗改或移除的故障產品；</li>
<li>任何正常老化的產品，尤其是消耗品、配件、和/或附件（例如：按鍵、旋轉部份、線纜、用戶手冊等）；及</li>
<li>任何產品的外觀（包括液晶顯示面板的表面）變形、變色和/或翹曲。</li>
</ol>

<h4 id="tnc_part2">第二部份</h4>
如閣下於購買日期後的30天內替產品完成網上保養登記，則本保養條款所規定的保養範圍將適用於閣下購買的產品。

<li>倘若客戶提供之資料（例如購買日期、型號和產品序號）有錯誤，優惠將視為無效。</li>

<h4>(If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.)</h4></div>
<h4>Part I</h4>
The following describes the warranty policy of Synnex Technology International (HK) Ltd. ("Synnex") on EIZO products.<br><br>
<strong>Warranty Term by Product Type</strong><br>

<ol>
<li>To obtain services, customer must provide the original invoice with model number listed. If the proof of purchase cannot be provided, Synnex reserves the rights to refuse the provision of the service.<br><br></li>
<li>Only applicable to brand new and genuine products supplied by Synnex and its authorized dealers in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and Macau Special Administrative Region (“Macau”) of the People's Republic of China, excluding special priced products. Warranty is only applied to products used and located in Hong Kong and Macau. Otherwise, an additional inspection fee and other related expenses will be charged.<br><br></li>
<li>Notwithstanding any other provision of this warranty, Synnex shall have no obligation under this warranty whatsoever in any of the cases as set forth below:
<ol type="a" style="margin-top: 20px;">
<li>Any defect of the product caused by freight damage, modification, alteration, abuse, misuse, accident, incorrect installation, disaster, faulty maintenance and/or improper repair by third party other than Synnex;</li>
<li>Any incompatibility of the product due to possible technical innovations and/or regulations;</li>
<li>Any deterioration of display performance caused by the deterioration of expendable parts such as the LCD panel and/or backlight, etc. (e.g. changes in brightness, changes in brightness uniformity, changes in color, changes in color uniformity, defects in pixels including burnt pixels, etc.);</li>
<li>Any defect of the product caused by external equipment;</li>
<li>Any defect of the product on which the original serial number has been altered or removed;</li>
<li>Any normal deterioration of the product, particularly that of consumables, accessories, and/or attachments (e.g.buttons, rotating parts, cables, User's Manual, etc.); and</li>
<li>Any deformation, discoloration, and/or warp of the exterior of the product including that of the surface of the LCD panel.</li>
</ol>

</ol>
<h4 id="tnc_part2">Part II</h4>
Upon successful online product warranty registration within 30 days from the date of purchase, then the warranty set out in these terms and conditions will apply.

<li>3-month Extended Warranty Offer and a Free On-site Calibration Service are invalid if information such as date of purchase/ model/ serial number customers provided is incorrect.</li>

<li>In case of any dispute, Synnex reserves the right to make the final decision.<br><br></li>
<li>In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.<br><br></li>
<li>The terms and conditions of warranty are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong SAR”). Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.<br><br></li>
