In N Out Storage allows customers to rent secure, private storage spaces for their belongings to free up space in their homes or businesses. You can freely access your storage unit anytime as the storage facility is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. In N Out requires no long-term rental contracts. Customers receive an individual access code and are provided with their own key to secure their storage space. Only the customer keeps the key to the padlock.

Reserving a storage unit is free of charge and you have 24 hours to hold a unit. First, select the unit size of your choice and then click “Reserve.” You can visit your unit within 24 hours before renting.

You can rent a storage unit for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 18 months.

Yes, we can provide package material such as carton boxes, tape, wrapping paper etc. You can shop for the package material online or in our storage facility. Customers who have prepaid 6 months or above are entitled to 20 free carton boxes.

The storage facility is protected with high definition security cameras that are under 24-hour surveillance, card-reader access controls, sprinkler systems, temperature control (20°C) and humidity control (60%). Furthermore, the warehouse personnel are background-checked and the public is not allowed to access to the storage facility.

Yes of course! If you prepay your storage rent 2-5 months in advance, we offer 10% discount. If you prepay your storage rent 6-18 months in advance, we offer 20% discount.

You can store almost any items from household goods to business items. Our self-storage spaces are climate controlled so valuable items such as documents, photographs, paintings, electrical appliances, furniture and other possessions may be stored safely. Items that may not be stored in the storage unit include toxic materials, perishable items and illegal goods. We do not recommend you to store expensive valuables such as jewellery and important documents such as birth certificate or wedding certificate.

Yes, we are happy to arrange transportation during your move-in and move-out process. We will notify you of the transportation cost and you will make payment directly to the driver.

There are multiple ways to make a payment. You can make your payment online through Paypal, credit card, cheque, cash, and bank transfer.

Your bill will start on the day you move your things in. If you choose not to prepay your storage rents, you will be billed on the monthly anniversary of your move-in date. An invoice will be sent to you a week in advance of your billing date for each month.

When you have chosen a suitable storage unit, you will need to sign an agreement to confirm your use of the space and then you can make a payment. After that, you are free to move in anytime you like!
