My Zeopedic box just arrived! Now what?

Setting up your Zeopedic mattress is a snap! Watch the video here or keep reading below.

Bring the box into the room where your Zeopedic mattress will live.

Open the top of the box. Your welcome kit and cutter should be resting on top of the roll-packed Zeopedic mattress. Set them aside.

Pull your Zeopedic mattress out of the box. Rest it on its side.

Using the cutter provided, carefully cut your Zeopedic mattress free from the plastic wrapping. Be very careful not to damage your Zeopedic mattress in the process.

Then, simply unroll your Zeopedic mattress into its new home. It will take care of the rest on its own. Want to share your own experience? Tag #Zeopedicsleepy when you post!

What certifications do you have?

The Zeopedic mattress contains two types of latex and two types of RevTech™ foam. Our latex DreamCell™ foam springs and latex comfort layer are both Oeko-Tex standard 100 certified, which means they meet or exceed human-ecological standards for illegal substances, legally regulated substances (like formaldehyde), unregulated substances that are harmful (such as pesticides, allergenic dyes) and emissions release (VOC levels). The RevTech foam found in our comfort and support layers is CertiPUR-US certified, which means it is made without ingredients that have a negative impact on health and the environment, such as ozone depleting substances, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, PBDE flame retardants, formaldehyde, phthalates regulated by the consumer product safety commission, and low VOC emissions for indoor air quality. The gray knit on our mattress is also Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified.

What is an Zeopedic mattress?

An Zeopedic mattress is an innovative, premium bed that arrives in a box and is free of toxic chemicals. There are two comfort options within the bed to choose from: a firm feel on one end and a soft feel on the other so you can find your preference in the comfort of your home.

What is the difference between an Zeopedic mattress and other mattresses?

We think the primary difference is convenience and quality. A queen sized mattress of comparable quality bought in a store would cost $2,000 to $3,000 while ours retails for $925 with free shipping included. Within the bed-in-a-box crowd, Zeopedic stands out with its commitment to health, premium materials, and one-size-does-not-fit-all approach. We also put a strong emphasis on quality: we got our DNA from Reverie®, a sleep technology company that has been making mind-blowing beds for over a decade.

What materials are in the Zeopedic mattress?

The Zeopedic mattress is made with latex and RevTech™ foam. The DreamCell latex foam springs allow the mattress to have a soft feel on one end and firm on the other, so you find the right comfort for you. We use high-quality latex as the comfort layer on top, and engineered RevTech foam for the support layers. We are committed to maintaining a two-pound density or higher in our foams to ensure durability. For those that want all the juicy details, here you go:

Our fabric is made in South Carolina.

Our top comfort layer is 1.5” of premium Talalay latex with a 14-16 ILD range and three pound density. Made in the USA.

Our RevTech foam layer is 1.5” of two pound pcf foam, made in the USA.

The Zeopedic mattress base layer is 6” of two pound pcf RevTech foam made in the USA.

Our DreamCell foam springs have four- and five-pound latex responsibly sourced in Asia.
