Simply refund if you don’t love it.
1. 100 Nights Trial program starts from the date of delivery.
2. You can request for a size exchange or full refund within the first 100 nights after delivery.
3. You are recommended to have at least 30-day trial period which allowing time for real sleep situations.
4. You should settle the price differences if you exchange for a size with a higher price; if you exchange for a size with lower price, you will get refund on the price differences.
5. A free pick-up will be arranged for return or exchange requests, provided that the collection or re-delivery address is the original delivery address.
6. Refunds or exchanges may not be granted if the returned mattress has been damaged or stained.
7. Returns or exchanges are only valid if the original invoice is presented. Photocopies or faxed copies will not be accepted.
8. Only one size exchange or full refund is eligible for each address.
9. Our 100-night trial is limited to one time per delivery address. If you have returned or exchanged a mattress before, the 100-night trial will not apply on the second order/ exchanged mattress.
