<p><b>CHAPTER 21 HONG KONG & MACAO, CHINA</b></p>
<p>With the support of PDG Paul Law & Lion Dianna Olivia Lim, the Hong Kong & Macao Chapter (Chapter 21) of the Lions Club International Stamp Club was inaugurated in 2015 by Charter President Francis Kwok and a few charter members, with the aim of strengthening Lionism through a common interest in stamp collecting for District 303.</p>
<p>Lions International Stamp Club was established in the International Annual Convention held in Atlanta in 1951. Lions International Stamp Club is an independent organization with its own constitution, policies and system. The main purpose of setting up this club is to develop the hobbies of stamp collecting for the Lions and their families at all age, and to develop friendship and Lion Spirit. Lions International Stamp Club, with decent and historic tradition, is one of the important parts in the system of Lions Clubs International. Early in the year of 1920, Founder Lion Melvin Jones has launched special activities for fundraising with stamps collecting.</p>
<p>Lions Clubs International is committed to promote itself in postal field. Since 1940, it has promoted more than 100 countries and regions to issue stamps topic on Lions Clubs. The image of Lions Clubs and the scenes of services were frequently presented on the stamps so-called National Card, which spreading Lion Spirit and love.</p>
