<p>Payable to "Wai Yin Association" together with your personal details and mail to us at:<br>
Room B, 19th Floor, Sang Woo Building, 227-228 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.</p>
<p>Only Cash donation of over HK$100 is eligible to get the tax exemption receipt.</p>
<p>If required, please kindly submit donation slip, tax receipt name and address to WY office. We will issue the receipt and send back to you by post.<br>
