<p>We believe that your Winnamore Street Premier Membership has helped you benefit through one or more successful transactions with the crowd. </p>
<p>We recommend that you consider sharing your Premier Membership experience with your friends and relatives and get rewarded for doing so.</p>
<p>Through the Winnamore Street Member-Get-Member (WST-MGM) program, we reward your efforts for recruiting new Winnamore Street Premier Members.</p>
<h1>The Reward</h1>
<p>For each new member you recruit successfully during the membership year ([date] through [date]), you will earn [XXXXXXs] that can be used as payment toward (i) renewal of your Winnamore Street Premier Membership, (ii) purchase of tickets for your guests to attend Winnamore Street Crowd Funding Events in various financial capital cities around the world (these event tickets are free for Premier Members), (iii) purchase of Special Reports on unique Investment Opportunities that have the potential to provide gains ahead of the crowd and (iv) for purchasing Profit Sharing Units (PSU) in selected Winnamore Street-sponsored Syndicates. </p>

<h1>Tips On Recruiting New Winnamore Street Premier Members</h1>

<p>2.Start a discussion about Winnamore Street on your favorite social networking platform, emphasizing the benefits and value of a Premier Membership. Be sure to direct your readers to <a href="www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram" class="GreenLink">www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram</a></p>
<p>3.Collect past issues of the Winnamore Street e-newsletter and email them to a friend, relative or social network contact but be sure to ask the recipients of your emails to become a Premier Member by going to <a href="www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram" class="GreenLink">www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram</a></p>
<p>4.Publish an article in your company or university publications explaining how Winnamore Street helped you find a match for your crowdfunding needs and invite your friends to join you by going to <a href="www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram" class="GreenLink">www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram</a> and signing up.</p>
<p>5.Welcome your company/university’s newly hired or enrolled individuals; use the opportunity to discuss Winnamore Street and remember to direct them to <a href="www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram" class="GreenLink">www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram</a></p>
<p>6.If you or someone you know works at a company that may need to raise funds from the crowd, set up a crowdfunding presentation at your place of employment and use the Winnamore Street Website to explain how your boss may benefit. Be sure to direct your boss and other colleagues to the special section <a href="www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram" class="GreenLink">www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram</a></p>
<p>When anyone recruited by you applies for a Premier Membership through the Winnamore Street Member-Get-Member (WST-MGM) program accessed from <a href="www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram" class="GreenLink">www.crowdfudingwst2wst.com/mgmprogram</a> they will need to provide your Name as registered with Winnamore Street and your Winnamore Street Premier Membership number. This helps us ensure that you receive credit for the recruitment and receive the [XXXXXX] due to you for each recruitment.</p>
<h1>Rules of the Winnamore Street Member-Get-Member (WST-MGM) Program</h1>
<p>Only current Premier Members are entitled to receive XXXXXXs for recruiting new Winnamore Street Premier Members.</p>
<p>Prospective New Winnamore Street Premier Members need to submit their applications online as directed. Their applications must be submitted with the recruiter’s name and membership number entered in the recruiter box provided on the special WST-MGM Premier Membership application form.</p>
<p>Applications received without a recruiter's valid name and membership number will not be accepted through the WST-MGM Premier Membership program.</p>
<p>All amounts are quoted in United States dollars.</p>
<p>Recruiters will be notified of XXXXXXXs earned, used and balance left for use.</p>
<p>XXXXXs can be used as payment toward (i) renewal of your Winnamore Street Premier Membership, (ii) purchase of tickets for your guests to attend Winnamore Street Crowd Funding Events in various financial capital cities around the world (these event tickets are free for Premier Members), (iii) purchase of Special Reports on unique Investment Opportunities that have the potential to provide gains ahead of the crowd and (iv) for purchasing Profit Sharing Units (PSU) in selected Winnamore Street-sponsored Syndicates.</p>
<p>Recruiters who have earned at least XXXXXXs by [date] become eligible to be considered for appointment as Winnamore Street Country Representatives.</p>
<p>Winnamore Street Country Representatives will be entitled to receive [x%] of the Premier Membership fees received from all new Member-Get-Member recruits coming from the country for which they have been appointed as the Country Representative. This is only valid during the Country Representative’s active membership term.</p>
<p>Winnamore Street Country Representative appointments are subject to review and renewal annually and will require the attainment of certain target numbers of new Premier Membership purchases.</p>
