Winnamore Street's crowdfunding platform is committed to facilitating freedom of choice for its members to transact with each other.
Therefore its Premier Members can contact or be directly contacted by other Premier Members and enter into independently negotiated transactions that suit their particular requirement whether it be for lending, borrowing, investing or seeking investments.
However, we realize that not all our Premier Members may have the time or inclination to pursue direct contact with other members for concluding certain transactions.
With that in mind, Winnamore Street is prepared to sponsor the creation of the following Syndicates which are restricted to Premier Members only.
Each of these syndicates will have a specified amount of capital that Premier Members may participate in.
Each syndicate, as set out below, will focus on just one aspect of investment whether it be for the generation of regular income, capital gain or a combination of both.
